I enjoyed this movie. It made me want to explore an abandoned asylum.

However, the overuse of unnecessarily tense music was a bit much. Do I really need to hear the Jaws-esque score playing over a patient raking leaves? Probably not.

Oh and then there were the long graphic rape scenes spliced with shots of fried eggs and pigs feet.

I might be getting that mixed up with Precious.
I wish I was just kidding about that scene.
