Red Velvet Pancakes with Chocolate Chips and the Buttermilk Brick.

I just wanted to say I finally had buttermilk truck tonight, and the red velvet chocolate chip pancakes are punch you in the face fucking fantastic. Made to order, and the chocolate chips are perfectly melty when you eat them.

The Buttermilk Brick, on the other hand, I didn’t care for… probably because I’m not a fan of runny eggs. This thing consists of two hashbrowns, gravy, some kind of ground sausage, a fried egg, and a biscuit. There’s just too much going on.

Also, unlike the street food festival, I waited 0 minutes in line to order them.

It all works out in the end.
