This weeks Theorem menu.
My baristas challenge was to finding the right proportions and chemistry to make the typical boring coffee menu items good. He used a laser thermometer to make sure the Americano was 117 degrees when he served it to me and served the last menu item in a chilled wine glass.
There are no phones or cameras allowed in the room, so I took the menu, which in retrospect, I’m not sure I was supposed to do.
