This week’s agenda involved making these Mango Cupcakes with mango buttercream frosting, but the oven and stove are still inoperable, a week later.

The gas man comes tomorrow, but I have a feeling that it will be an issue that involves replacing the oven itself. Which will leave me oven-less even longer.

I cannot live on a microwave alone.
