From that one time I crossed an item off my bucket list and waited in line for about 17 hours to see a taping of SNL. Molly Shannon ended up being the guest.

Met some characters in line. A lot of whom were regulars. One interesting fellow received a golden ticket from Lorne in 1990 to attend every taping. However he still waits in line every Friday to moderate the squatters and to make sure there are no line jumpers. 

When they finally gave out the tickets at 7am on Saturday morning, there were a good 500 people in line. In the end only 30 got into rehearsals… even less to the live show.
