  1. Buttermilk Fried Chicken Plate – Crispy, juicy and flavor-rich southern fried chicken served with your choice of 2 sides and a buttermilk biscuit or cornbread
  2. Eastern Carolina Style Pulled Pork – Juicy pork doused with spicy, vinegar-based barbecue sauce, and served with your choice of 2 sides and a buttermilk biscuit or cornbread.
  3. Shrimp & Grits – A classic dish of the Carolina’s. Shrimp sautéed with bacon, mushrooms and green onions and served over a bed of cheesy grits.
  4. Barbecue Sandwich – Our pulled pork served on a 4” sesame seed bun with barbecue sauce and creamy coleslaw. (Slice of tomato or pickled onions + $.25).
  5. Fried Chicken Sandwich – Golden fried chicken served on a 4” sesame seed bun with lettuce tomato and spicy remoulade.
  6. Cornmeal Crusted Catfish Po Boy – Catfish breaded in our homemade dredge and stuffed into a French loaf with lettuce, tomato and spicy remoulade.
  7. Baja Barbecue Burrito – Pulled pork, Baja coleslaw, pickled red onions & cheddar cheese rolled into a soft flour tortilla.
