Laundry Etiquette?

If someone leaves their clothes in the machine for more than 10 minutes, it’s now fair game for me to take them out and put my own clothes in there, right?

I should probably check back in 10 minutes to see if he’s set my clothes on fire….

UPDATE: the guy hasn’t even started the dryer yet and it’s 5 minutes until I’m done with my laundry.
