I’ve always wanted to go to the desert for a meteor shower, and after a couple days notice, that finally happened.

It was absolutely amazing…. I’ve never seen so many stars and meteors in my life… and I was so enamored by the view that 30 minutes in, I gave up on photos and just sat and enjoyed the view…. for about 5 hours until we left at 5am.

The night consisted of a lot of silence punctuated by “WHOA…..” and me saying “GODDAMNIT”, then followed by a lot of the guys just saying “HOLY SHIT…” at the sight of NO meteors… just to give me some shit.

Real funny assholes.
