What the FUCK?SNL standby line as of 1am last night. Bundled up in those sleeping bags are the most dedicated of the twihards.
I had always wanted to see a taping of SNL since I was a kid, and a couple of years ago, some friends and I made that dream happen. We did the stand by line. 17 hours. We bought ponchos for the rain. Went to the nintendo store and bought blankets. Survived on Two Boots pizza and Ice Cream. Met the man that despite having a goldenticket to every taping, still waits in line to keep the order. Sure the experience was nuts, but it was also a lot of fun.
No regrets in having a bucket list item crossed off.
EDIT: I didn’t notice the twilight bit. That being said, I don’t agree with this at all.
