Finally…. the elusive Ludobites Truck! Yeah… that arrogant asshole Ludo Lefebvre! With his crazy amount of accolades (including Time’s Chef of the Future… I don’t know what that means either), I had to try it. Especially since he specializes in chicken. In fact, he calls his truck Guerilla Style Fried Chicken. But since he primarily does private catering this thing is hard to track down…
Anyway, here’s what I tried… descriptions from his website.
