I present to you filet Mignon with balsamic syrup and melted Goat Cheese, sitting atop a mound of garlic steamed rice with a side of edamame.
Finally got around to trying this filet mignon recipe from this previous post. I wanted to do a dry run before cooking this for paul, so I reduced the recipe to one, instead of six.
Super easy recipe, and it turned out fucking delicious… especially with the garlic rice. Mmmmmmmm.
