Currently Reading. I came across this book on tumblr recently. It basically goes through helping you achieve a constant heightened state of awareness of your immediate surroundings, instead of mindlessly inundating yourself with overtasking and worry.
Basically, being constantly aware of your present being so you can stop and smell the fucking roses.
Little did I know that the Buddhist technique of mindfulness would extend to sleep, leading me to have some uber aware fucked up lucid dreams.
WHICH IS EQUALLY COOL, YET NOT COOL, BRAIN.
