We both agreed on not watching a shitty movie tonight, and went with The Wizard. Turns out I still love this movie… but man, I never realized how heavy handed the Nintendo product plugs are. No wonder Ebert voted one of the worst film of 1989.

Some Random Notes

• They never eat.
• Alarmingly aggressive bounty hunter.
• Savage, Slater, and Beau Bridges all talk to each other like adults in the movie. I always half expected to see Fred Savage holding a coffee cup.
• If you give a tow driver $50, they’ll tow a strangers car and get it stripped for parts, no questions asked.
