A Valentine’s Day Card. Two years ago on a Tuesday, I met Jay for the first time at Comedy Death Ray. He was in town after winning Comedy Death Ray’s LA Food Bank auction to be a guest on Never Not Funny, and I agreed to meet him in line at UCB for a show. 

At the end of the night, he walked me to my car, shook my hand like a gentleman, and I assumed I’d never run into him again.

Now here I am all stupidly in love.
